This privacy policy sets out how I use and protect any information that you give me when you use this website. I am committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. The information you provide will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act and may be used by myself and my agents to supply the services which you have requested.
What I collect
I will collect personal information from you when you or your organisation enquire about my voice over work or anything related to that.  I may collect the following information:
  • name and job title
  • contact information including email address
  • demographic information such as postcode
  • other information relevant to voice over work
 
What I do with the information I gather
I require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
  • internal record keeping
  • to process your requests, to provide you with my services
  • I may use the information to improve our products and services
  • I may periodically send promotional emails about other services which I think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided
  • from time to time, I may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes to improve my voice over services. I may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.
 
Where I store your personal data
The data that I collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of my suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. I will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
All information you provide to me is stored on my secure servers.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although I will do our best to protect your personal data, I cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once I have received your information, I will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

If you believe that any information I am holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email me as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

My site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. I will retain your information for a period of 5 years, where I will notify you to opt in again.
